If you would like wide angle photos of the room/marquee without people in the photos, and detail photos of tables, decorations, and styling, please ensure the setting up of the room/marquee is finished at least 20 minutes before guests arrive.

There are no dietary requirements for meals provided. For sit-down events where meals are provided to guests, please provide a small main meal or plate of starters for the photographer, to be supplied part-way through the main meal service. Thank you.
