By submitting this form, I am granting permission for Jannette Fulham and her collaborative partners to photograph the event specified, and to use the images produced for marketing purposes in any form and medium. I understand that copyright for the images belongs to Jannette Fulham. *

I understand that Event Photography is mostly documentary-style photography (photographing who is attending and what's happening). Any other type of photography that is requested during the event is at the discretion of the photographer (such as headshots, product, promotional etc). If such photography is accepted by the photographer extra charges will apply, and the images may not be release until payment is made. *

Portraits/headshots and other types of photography require a separate booking. I would like to discuss other types of photography with you. *

I understand that basic editing of white balance, exposure and cropping is included in the booking fee, and that charges will apply to advanced editing requests. *

I understand that if the services for photography are cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the event, a payment of $550 will be made to Riverland Commercial Photography in order to offset it's loss of business. Any changes to the details below must be made via email and acceptance of the changes are at the discretion of the photographer. *

Digital files are usually sent via We Transfer. If you would like them to be sent via a different system (Dropbox, One drive etc), please let me know where/how you would like them delivered.
