Commercial Event Photography – Technical Information

Preparation
I will communicate and liaise with your event co-ordinator regarding the run sheet, specific photo requests, and booking details.
If possible, I will visit the venue/location before your event to check lighting (natural and artificial) and the layout of the venue space.

Pricing
$250 per hour with a minimum booking of two consecutive hours.
Includes travel within 25km of Berri, South Australia.
Please contact me for pricing for events of four hours or longer, events further than 25km from Berri, or if you have any special requests.

Photos supplied
Approximately 30-50 photos per hour of photography delivered via a password-protected online gallery.
Large ‘high resolution’ jpeg files.
Small ‘low resolution’ jpeg files (suitably sized for the internet and social media).
Five low resolution files can be emailed to a nominated email address within four hours after your event has finished (only available upon request).
The photos supplied to you will be licensed for the purpose of marketing your business or the business/event being photographed, and may not be on-sold or distributed for sale or free without prior written consent from Jannette Fulham. Separate licensing may apply.

Image editing
Basic editing of white balance, exposure, and cropping is applied to photos as needed.
Photos will be supplied without my watermark, however if you would like your business logo or event name to be applied to the photos, please ask me.

Turn-around time
Standard – 7 days after your event.
Fast – within 48 hours of your event (weekdays). May incur extra charges for weekend delivery or fast turn-around.
